During those tough times business leaders,company owners and advisors need opportunities to collaborate with a group of multi-disciplined professionals who have “… been there done that…” That is the experience the Triangle Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth will provide its members and guests in this seminar. We will feature over 25 seasoned senior executives and business owners from the corporate world, financial (debt and equity) services, consulting, legal and human resource services.

The seminar will expose attendees from businesses of all sizes – multiple industries and markets to insightful and often creative options to navigate the storms. Panelists will discuss how to tackle value creating growth opportunities whether through organic means or merger and acquisition initiatives. Concurrently we will address what to think about if your company is facing insolvency. So, pursuing two parallel tracks with eight separate panel sessions we will share our experiences and advice from the perspective of having truly been there and done that.

The featured luncheon speaker is Dana Simpson, veteran attorney with Smith Anderson law firm in Raleigh. Dana will share his thoughts on the potential impact of the upcoming national and state elections. His presentations are well known to be thought provoking and entertaining.
